It was a home mailer booklet that came by regular mail, it wasn't in the Sunday paper. I received it the same day I posted this, so July 27. Although there is no definitive way to be put on the Target mailing list, I think I get a lot of the mailer coupons/booklets because I signed up for the free Target Beauty Bag a few years ago. I used to NEVER get any Target mailers until then. Now I get quite a few. Some people say that having a Target Red card, getting a prescription filled or using the gift registry may be the key to getting on the list, but I have never done any of those things, so my guess remains the Beauty Bag sign up. They offered the free Beauty Bag again this year, the sign up is over now, but if it comes back around I will keep you updated as to where you can sign up for it at. HTH!
