There have been reports that the Skull Shores Monster High doll "Frankie Stein" is ringing up $4.13 at Walmart until Friday 4/13! I have no idea if our WM carries these dolls or if our WM will have them on sale, but I thought I would let you know just in case you wanted to check it out. These seem to be VERY popular with tween girls!! There are reports of empty shelves all over the country! Good luck.
