CVS Beauty Club to reset 12/31!!

Here is a heads up for those of us in the CVS Beauty Club (that should be everyone, by the way!) the Beauty Club totals are going to be RESET this year!  I have no idea why, it has never been that way before, but here is the bottom of a receipt saying so:

Check your Beauty Club balances HERE by going to the ExtraCare Card tab then clicking on "balance history" it will give you the total balance you have spent, make sure you are not within a few dollars or cents of a $50 or $100 total.  If you have not created an account at CVS.com you will need to do so first, but it is an invaluable tool, so I would highly suggest doing so!  If you need just a little more to get your $5 ECB for a $50 purchase, there are sooo many things that count toward a Beauty Club purchase here are some of the things that count:

"Qualifying Beauty purchases include items from the following categories: Cosmetics, Ethnic Hair Care, Fragrances, Hair Accessories, Hair Appliances, Hair Care, Hair Color, Healthy Skin Care, Hosiery, Skin Care and Sun Care. Excludes items from Beauty 360, items from Trial & Travel, gift cards and prescriptions."

I also think that things like cotton balls and q-tips also count, you may want to talk to an employee to varify though.

There has also been some talk about maybe having to re-enroll in the Beauty Club at the first of the year to continue in the club, if this is correct I will post about it to let you know.  I will have to get more solid information first.

So today will be the last day to up your balance for the Beauty Club, so be sure to check if you are close & get to CVS in a hurry to get it over the $50 mark.  Remember coupons and CVS red box coupons DO NOT COUNT AGAINST the balance.
