I had trouble with the promo code because the free shipping code was automatically added which left me with no where to enter the code, so be careful. But I just called the 1-800 # that was provided in the confirmation email & a LIVE PERSON answered the phone (really, I'm not kidding, I didn't even have to press 1 for English!) She had it fixed in less than 3 minutes & sent me a new confirmation email in literally seconds, they were GREAT on customer service!
