There will be a new Catalina deal this week at HEB. Buy $30 worth of participating Kimberly-Clark and/or Colgate-Palmolive products in one transaction between 8/22/12 - 9/4/12 and get a $10 Catalina to use on a $15+ purchase at HEB between 9/5/12 - 9/18/12. There are yellow in-store coupons on some of the participating products, but as far as I know none of them are "B" coupons :(
