This month JC Penny is offering Free Haircuts for Breast Cancer Survivors in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month. Plus they are donating $1 for every hair cut done. Way to go JC Penny! Thanks Penny Pinching Mom and My Litter.
....And thanks to a friend on FB (D.H.) for reminding me, please remember to look for the statement on the packaging of Breast Cancer Awareness items and pink colored products that says a portion of the proceeds are going to help BCA, or Susan G. Koman, or other reputable non-profits....otherwise, the manufacturer is just boosting their October sales numbers by making something pink or putting a pink ribbon on the item/package! Thanks for the reminder D.H.!
