CVS news!

Here is a "shout out" from the manager at PL CVS -she wanted to tell everyone thank you for a wonderful year!  Yesterday OUR STORE got recognized for top district sales!!  This is a wonderful achievement, beings that, at one point, that store only had 4 months before they were going to close it!!  We have to keep up supporting our local stores, it's the only way we will be able to keep them around!  If you currently shop at the CVS in Victoria, I would HIGHLY recomend that you come to the Port Lavaca CVS, they work so well with all couponers!!  That being said, there is a small issue with a certain coupon combination that is floating around on some of the other coupon blogs out there.  Here is the situation:

I know in the new coupon policy it states that you can use an additional coupon on the "FREE" item, but in this case, the coupon will beep & the CVS employees are getting in trouble for it.  Loss prevention has already been to the store wondering why the coupon has been pushed through!  We don't want anything to jeopardize the WONDERFUL relationship we couponers have with our CVS, so PLEASE don't use the extra $2/1 Olay Body Wash coupon along with the BOGO free cleanser/body wash coupon!  It may seem like it's going against the coupon policy, but we are so fortunate in every other way with our CVS, we're just gonna follow all the rules on this one, OK?  Plus, we don't want anyone to lose their jobs over a $2 coupon!!
