Don't forget to add these really great Savingstar e-coupons to your CVS card, BEFORE you shop. Right now, CVS is the only store in our area with a store loyalty card to load these on, so you would have to purchase these items at CVS in order to get the credit through Savingstar, but you never know, I've heard through the grapevine that HEB has implemented a loyalty card "test program" in their Waco stores! I've also heard that this "test program" has been going on for about 3 years! So, who knows if they will ever make it a state wide program.
